Vintage Welsh industrial safety glasses with original labeled box. Made in USA by Welsh Manufacturing Company. Model 2248 with smoke lenses, spatula temples, and original factory-marked lenses. Box shows printed specifications including size 5¾ and lens markings as issued.
Frames retain original translucent gray tone with even color throughout. Lenses remain clear with light surface wear from age, including a couple of small surface scratches on one lens. Hinges function properly.
Original cardboard box included, showing age wear, edge wear, and period handling. Box also has an original handwritten name from workplace use, consistent with vintage industrial safety equipment. All graphics and manufacturer text remain legible
