So I have tried my best to identify this guy as well as possible, but have had little success.
It appears DaVar made a similar one of these, but their mold doesn't seem to have been nearly as crisp as this, and they tended to paint the ones they produced heavily to make up for the lack of detail.
This one has great detail and is in great shape. Super neat little piece, and extremely hard to find...in fact couldn't find a single other one like this anywhere!
