The Exos Long Thumb Spica II (LTS II) with Boa Lacing System is designed to provide superior stabilization for the thumb and wrist, offering immobilization of the thumb in abduction, MCP (metacarpophalangeal) joints, CMC (carpometacarpal) joints, and distal radius/ulna. This thumb splint is ideal for preoperative, postoperative, post-traumatic use, and for conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS).

Constructed from thermoformable polymer, the splint can be custom-fit to the patient’s extremity for added comfort. The Boa® lacing system ensures an easy, adjustable fit, while the release tab allows for easier application. With its increased forearm length, it offers enhanced immobilization and stability, especially when the wrist requires immobilization in both the sagittal and frontal plane.
