The outer box has small dents and scratches.
The bonus items are all included.
The decoration stickers seem to be a pre-order bonus (DX Pack only).
I haven't opened it, so I can't confirm, but they should be a set of two, allowing decoration on both sides.
The CD's functionality hasn't been tested.
The game starts up without any issues.
Personally, I was quite impressed with how well-made the game was.
I enjoyed it in a low-key way.
There's a game called "Yukyū no Campanella" on the Switch, and the world setting is the same, with Shukufuku being the past.
Playing this before Yukyū will give you a little insight into the finer details of the setting.
