A high-impact Izzet (Blue/Red) spellslinger deck built around Ovika, Enigma Goliath, designed to flood the board with Phyrexian Goblins while casting big spells and powerful artifacts. This deck ramps hard, controls the table with counters and removal, and wins through overwhelming token pressure and spell-based value.

Playstyle:
Mid-to-late game powerhouse that snowballs quickly once Ovika hits the battlefield. The 30+ artificer ramp package acts as both a way to get Ovika out, but also fuels its ability.
