Bolo Yeung, born Yang Sze, is a world-renowned martial artist and former body building champion who eventually broke through into American films after 1973's martial arts masterpiece, Enter the Dragon, became a cult classic. It might not have happened were it not for the help of his friend, someone he'd worked with several times and who pushed him to be the absolute best—Bruce Lee.
For the better part of 50 years, no matter who was asking, Bolo politely declined to speak of his friend. Lee died right before Enter The Dragon opened.
Bolo's physique and stoic demeanor made him perfect as the baddie in flicks like Jean Claude Van Damme's Bloodsport, and he enjoyed a busy career on both sides of the Pacific.
