Material - unsure. Maybe cement or terracotta. Really it’s unknown as I don’t know.

Condition - fair condition this is a reclaimed tile & a corner is missing. Lots of chips in the glaze, especially around edges. The glaze had lots of bubbles. Glaze has crazing
